Gretchen Minton

Gretchen Minton is a Professor in Montana State University’s English Department, where she teaches classes on Shakespeare, Renaissance literature, drama, the Bible, and other topics. She co-edited the Arden 3 edition of Shakespeare and Middleton’s Timon of Athens (2008), edited the text of Troilus and Cressida for the new Norton Complete Works of Shakespeare (2015), The Revenger’s Tragedy for Arden Early Modern Drama (2018), and Twelfth Night for Arden Performance Editions (2020). She has been invited to speak to audiences and/or the performing artists at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, the Utah Shakespeare Festival, and the American Players Theatre. She serves as the dramaturg for Montana Shakespeare in the Parks and Bozeman Actors Theatre. Her book Shakespeare in Montana (2020) traces the legacy of the world’s most famous writer in our state, from the time of the mountain men up through the present.

Adrianna Irvine

Adrianna Irvine is a junior at Montana State University pursuing a degree in Elementary Education with a reading minor. She will also pursue a K-12 Drama Minor from University of Montana - Western once she graduates from MSU. Irvine is a graduate of the Belt Valley Shakespeare Players and portrayed the character Ariel in the Players’ 2017 Production of The Tempest. With this play, Irvine went with the group to Edinburgh to perform in the 2017 Festival Fringe to deliver four amazing performances. Due to her involvement with BVSP, she has spoken at many conferences and been able to spread some love for Shakespeare on multiple occasions.
